Provides detailed, high-level support to Regional Sales Representatives and Regional Manager
Acts as a liaison between Sales Team, Customers, and Internal Departments
Account Maintenance - ADF Completion for new accounts, new product item numbers, specification changes, price changes, new customer credit applications, and credit reference requests.
Responsible for SOX compliance within respective territory. Provides data and responses for external and internal price audits.
Management of Complaint process. Enter all complaints into Salesforce; follow-up to ensure timely completion of the investigation and creating a formalized response to customer complaints.
Management and administration of all Index and Market price adjustments within the region including system updates and correspondence to customers including maintenance of customer's mailing lists.
Responds to customer requests; spec sheets, marketing materials, and certifications as well as Surveys and RFI's
Investigates customer short pays within the region. Make corrections to the system as to not to pro-long, short pays, and issue credits when approved.
Assists territory reps with RFQ preparation
Assists with Drop Trailer initiatives within the region and processes drop trailer agreements.
Attends and participates in Team Meetings.
Various other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task in a highly diversified work environment
Strong customer service advocacy and problem-solving skills
QAD or Solomon experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite - basic to above-average computer skills including Excel
CRM experience preferred - Salesforce (CRM) plus Sense of urgency
Professional verbal and written communication
Ability to work with a multitude of personalities
Strong problem-solving ability
Detail-orientatedOccasional travel may be necessary
