Provides a wide range of access, collections, and patron services in Feldberg Business & Engineering Library as a co-lead of Feldberg's access services team. Manages student employees. Provides interlibrary loan and document delivery services. Provides and coordinates support for Feldberg equipment and technology. Works closely with, cross-trains, and provides back-up for access services team partner as needed.
Bachelors plus 1-2 year(s) of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
· 2 plus years of work experience in public service, and a strong public service ethic.· Strong supervisory and organizational skills.· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with library patrons and work collaboratively with staff.
· Able to work independently and with good judgement, and to set and modify work priorities.· Proficient with standard computer equipment and office productivity software.
· Experience with library public services and technical services operations.· Facility in learning and adopting new technologies.
