Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a dedicated Scheduling Assistant to join our HR team. This role involves coordinating daily workforce scheduling for our concrete and masonry projects, maintaining clear communication across teams, and ensuring effective management of employee records. Key Responsibilities:
Daily Manpower Scheduling: Work closely with superintendents to develop daily schedules that ensure efficient workforce allocation.
Communication Management: Facilitate smooth communication via email, texts, and phone calls to support team coordination.
Employee Engagement: Interact with field employees and foremen, addressing inquiries and providing needed support to promote a positive work atmosphere.
Vacation/Leave Management: Track and manage employee leave, maintaining accurate records and implementing leave policies.
Additional Support Tasks:
Assist employees with mobile device setup and troubleshooting.
Maintain employee training records.
Perform data entry and administrative support as needed for HR functions.
Qualifications:
Experience in human resources or related field, ideally within the construction industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in technology for communication and data management.
