This Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing cross-functional marketing communication strategies that align with the overall brand vision and make business impact through advertising. This role emphasizes communications strategies, messaging development, and creative briefing. We seek to iterate and innovate across multiple channels, like paid and organic social, audio, video, CRM and search and introduce compelling brand storytelling. The successful candidate will be both strategic and creative, with a passion for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences and drive brand awareness and engagement. They will also have a knack for simplifying complex consumer journeys, products, and services to attract consumers with simple, yet effective messages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Advertising and Creative Development:
Lead the development of advertising campaigns and communications strategies to improve brand salience and product conversion and usage.
Build creative learning agendas to test, optimize and measure the impact of creative effectiveness across digital channels.
Leverage segmentation strategies to develop a robust go to market plan to acquire diverse customer profiles and improve TAM penetration. Communication planning will be key to ensure all parts of the consumer consideration funnel are addressed.
Conduct market research and customer insights analysis to inform and refine messaging frameworks
Create a consistent tone of voice across all communication channels, ensuring the brand's personality is reflected in all marketing efforts and advertising recall improves.
Creative briefing:
Develop clear, detailed creative briefs that guide internal and external creative teams, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines
Provide actionable feedback on creative concepts and ensure that deliverables meet high standards of quality, brand consistency, and campaign goals
Partner with the creative team and channel leads to brainstorm innovative ideas that elevate brand storytelling and differentiate the company in the marketplace
Integrated Marketing
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels designed to deliver key business growth objectives. This ranges from membership acquisition, product adoption, sales/promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
Ensure that all marketing communications support the overall campaign objectives, maintaining consistency in messaging and creative across platforms.
Fuel best-in-class creative innovation across channels through well-tailored and curating consumer insights, leveraging social listening techniques, qual and qual research, and cultural zeitgeist intuition.
Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform messaging strategy and optimize future efforts
