The Digital Merchandise Specialist will play an integral part in bringing the assortment and merchandising leg of our registry e-commerce platform to life. They will be known as a trusted, collaborative and results-oriented business partner who possesses professional maturity and an ability to build strong partnerships. They will be responsible for maintaining the digital storefront, with a keen focus on product set-up. This role will report to the Digital Merchandising Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute the start to finish item setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to product imagery, product copy, pricing, and taxonomy
Responsible for ensuring product launches on the site on time and with all applicable selling information (Images, Copy, Color Names, Pricing, etc.) and responsible for site QA post-launch
Work cross-functionally to maintain the daily maintenance and schedule of product launches
Investigate and troubleshoot import issues as they arise, work with suppliers, merchandising and eng teams to correct
Supports QA and Data Clean up
Utilizes product merchandising tools to improve discoverability of product catalog
SUCCESSFUL DIGITAL MERCHANDISE SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:
1-3 years of experience within a Digital Merchandising/eCommerce function.
Strong technical expertise.
Excels in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Detail oriented with an ability to manage and complete multiple projects.
Creative thinker and problem-solver determined to achieve the desired outcome.
Collaborative, consultative style with an ability to establish trust and build relationships.
E-Commerce marketplace experience is a strong plus.
Proficient knowledge of excel and google suites
Contentful, Magento and or Mirakl experience is a plus.
Experience working in Shopify, or other third party integration systems is a plus.
