What You'll Do
Field Service Operations:
Work on real projects with a focus on safety, quality, and precision.
Learn by doing: Travel with experienced team members to gain hands-on experience with equipment mechanics and processes.
Ensure safety protocols are followed and communicated to subcontractors.
Take ownership of work scopes and clearly communicate them to project teams.
Deliver results: Complete projects that meet the expectations of both customers and ANDRITZ.
Collaborate closely with clients and Product Managers to align on project goals.
Supervise fieldwork, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Participate in important project planning meetings at mills.
Sales Support:
Partner with Product Managers to develop detailed project scopes.
Help gather quotes from vendors and prepare accurate cost estimates.
Create clear and precise field service proposals.
Visit sites and work directly with clients to ensure your quotes are spot-on.
Business Development:
Play a role in developing the skills of subcontractors and fellow field representatives.
Scout new subcontractors and recommend product improvements based on your field experience.
What We're Looking For
A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical field).
Eager to dive into the world of field service with a willingness to learn and grow.
Previous experience in pulp mills or mechanical field service is a bonus, but not required.
Ability to read and understand technical installation drawings.
Familiarity with metal fabrication or machining is a plus.
Willingness to travel (50-70% domestic travel).
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
