TheData Scientist Role
As a Data Scientist, your primary mission is to develop innovative machine learning models and analytics solutions that enhance our ability to delivery leading edge solutions to our customers. You will create advanced data models and tools that accelerate the adoption and migration of Qlik products, identify opportunities to drive sales through statistical modeling of the customer base, and enhance internal operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have experience and technical proficiency in the following areas:
Programming Languages:
Proficiency with Python and R, with hands-on experience in creating and deploying machine learning models.
Database Skills:
Familiarity with SQL and working with both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational storage constructs (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Machine Learning Libraries and Frameworks:
Proficiency with ML libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Data Visualization:
Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Qlik.
Data Integration Tools:
Experience with data integration tools such as Qlik Replicate and Talend.
Cloud Platforms:
Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, including services such as S3, EC2, and SageMaker. Experience with other cloud platforms like GCP and Azure is a plus.
Advanced Statistics:
Advanced understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis and model evaluation.
Generative AI Models:

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 146,050.00 USD Min 170,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidates location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
