A Day in the Life

Reporting into the US Manager of Product Marketing, the Senior Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist will develop an understanding of the entire patient monitoring portfolio and support inventory, US sales team support/enablement and product order management of our four major product lines.

This position is based in Boulder, CO and is open to remote within the United States for well qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include:


  • Instructs and supports sales teams in accessing and tracking sales orders, product inventory, and product shipments

  • Facilitates coordination between sales teams and cross functional partners (customer service, supply chain, technical service) to manage customer orders, track pricing levels, and identify and resolve problems

  • Identify and establish best practices related to order management and inventory tracking

  • Supports training and onboarding of sales team on product order systems, inventory reports, and processes

  • Provides sales team support in attaining product samples, demo loaners, collateral, and other marketing communications and materials

  • Partners with product marketing and demand planning to manage short- and long-term forecasts and inventory, including weekly inventory reviews

Must Have: Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have


  • MBA

  • 2 years of marketing or sales experience

  • Data analysis and reporting with high level of detail orientation

  • Inventory management and planning and forecasting experience

  • Experience working with cross functional partners

  • Excellent communication skills

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$86,400.00 - $129,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
