Description: Our client is currently seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager Remote

This job will have the following responsibilities:
As a Principal Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Core Integrations in Global Support, you will set the direction and vision for core platform technologies powering the global support platform. You will collaborate with product leaders to understand organizational needs and develop a roadmap. Partnering with various teams, you will define and evolve the integration strategy to build world-class support experiences. You will report to a Senior Manager of Software Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Integration team
Manage customer and partner relationships
Oversee product team backlog and create a product roadmap
Manage project scope and ensure alignment with objectives
Develop service-level agreements and goals with core customers
Collaborate with Engineering Management, Technical, Design, and Quality leads
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant industry experience
Excellent teamwork, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
Understanding of distributed systems and service-to-service communication patterns
Hands-on experience leading agile (scrum) teams
Experience working collaboratively on a cross-discipline team
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with API Gateway technologies
Knowledge of REST and GraphQL Services
Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
Gaming industry preferred
