About the Role


The Product team at Walmart Connect (WMC) is comprised of three core groups: Product Management, Product Operations and Product Marketing. We work closely with the WMC business, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize, design, launch and scale our core platforms and experiences. The Staff Product Manager, Product Analytics is a new role reporting into Director of Product management. In this role you will


  • Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to product management leads for discovery, A/B testing and post launch insights and learnings

  • Proactively identify product opportunities within and beyond product ownerships areas through a hypothesis driven culture and data driven deep dives

  • Have an intimate understanding of various data sources and how to organize and utilize them to deliver critical insights to the broader organization



Qualifications


  • 6+ years of professional experience in Product Analytics, Product Management, Data Science or equivalent field preferably for a consumer facing, engagement based, digital product. Experience with digital ads analytics is strongly preferred.

  • Extensive, hands-on professional experience with design & execution of AB tests/experimentation and regression modeling

  • Extensive hands-on experience with SQL ,Python and visualization tools such as Tableau.

  • BA/BS or Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

  • Highly motivated, proactive and able to solve diverse problems efficiently

  • Excellent written and communication skills; Can lead communication and collaboration with a diverse group of Senior cross-functional partners

  • Proven history of decision making excellence and cross-functional influence through insights

  • Use statistical power analysis and hypothesis testing to shape and drive the analytics strategy for the Product Management team

  • Design A/B tests to test and quantify the impact of new product feature

  • Drive A/B testing as an ongoing discipline to constantly improve product features and provide better experiences for customers across all platforms (e.g., Desktop, Mobile, etc.).

  • Provide and supports the implementation of product solutions

  • Provide data driven insights and deliver recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science , or related field and 6 years' experience in analytics, product management, or related area OR 8 years' experience in analytics, product management, or related area.
4 years' supervisory experience.

Prior experience with digital Ads experience analytics strongly preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
