Bughouse will invest in your training as experience is not required to join our team! When you first join the Bughouse Family, you’ll spend some time in training. Once you’ve got that, you’ll take the lead with your own customers.

What your job duties will entail:
You will build strong relationships with internal and external customers to create "Customers for Life”
You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a Wildlife Service Route, using excellent time management skills:
You will perform exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations
You will set up and build exclusion traps, cut flashing and form hardware cloth to specifications
You will work in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
You will maintain knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding exclusion and removal work
You will perform basic repair work on areas that animals have damaged using hand tools, power tools, sheet metal, and screening
You will follow a service schedule within an assigned territory ensuring safe and timely arrival at each customer’s location
You will educate and sell customers on wildlife services and reach or exceed monthly sales goals assigned by manager
You will partner with internal groups such as customer service, sales, fellow service professionals, and management to ensure extraordinary customer service
You will keep a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Qualifications
What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
No Experience Required!
Must be 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignment
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
