And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.Job Summary:The Program Manager will be responsible for managing complex projects requiring a unique set of skills that are consolidated into the role of Program Manager (PM). This crucial position sits at the center of a triangle made up between Lonza, our Customers and their Patients. The Program Manager will therefore be responsible for ensuring relationships are built and that the project/program is delivered according to the expected quality, timelines and cost.Key Responsibilities:
Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations
Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site
Use all PM Standard Work processes to effectively manage projects
Fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality
Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales
Act as PM Peer during Onboarding of new individuals
Develop and share standard processes in PM tools and methodologies at local level.
Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPM CoE) Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher level degree in a Life Sciences field of study.
PMP or relevant PM certification preferred.
10+ years work experience in a CDMO related business setting.
Strong communication, especially as it relates to customer communications.
