Key Responsibilities

  • Advise managers on offers, promotions, pay adjustments, and compensation challenges.
  • Conduct market data surveys and benchmarking reviews.
  • Manage the annual salary review process.
  • Train leadership on compensation processes.
  • Oversee the strategic direction of global benefits programs.
  • Implement enhancements to benefits offerings to meet employee and organizational needs.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate governance.
  • Lead and supervise the total rewards team through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.

      What You Need to Succeed

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
      • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
      • Proven leadership experience with a successful track record in total rewards strategies.
      • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
      • Certification in compensation (CCP) or benefits (CEBS) is a plus.

      Pay Range: $149,900 - $199,900, per annum. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
