Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a leading insurance defense law firm, in their search for an Associate Attorney with 1+ year(s) of experience to join their growing team in Springfield, IL.
This is a junior position so the firm is open to a 2024 JD but you must have already passed the IL bar.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting pleadings, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents
Drafting and arguing routine and substantive motions
Handling all aspects of discovery
Taking depositions
Assisting with case investigations
Negotiate settlements
