Description: Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coord


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Check in patients, Schedule appointments to include follow-up, Check out patients, Outreach to patients, in basket management, insurance verification
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• What software skills are needed? EPIC, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, good communication skills
  What are the hours? ( Training hours?) Mon-Fri 8am-5 pm
