Job Description:
- Assists in logging, responding and tracking formal complaints.
- Assists in interfacing with internal and external customers.
- Assists in creating reports and presentations for executive management.
- Performs research and analysis of issues that are presented from internal and external sources.
- Responsible for execution of the procedures outlined by the Manager.
- Responsible for ensuring due diligence procedures are performed and meet audit requirements pursuant to banking regulations.
- Responsible for compiling information and data in response to subpoenas.
- Understanding of ever-changing regulatory environment and flexibility to change processes when needed.
- This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in determining priorities and recognition of potential issues.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred with three to five years in a related field.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
- Must have an attention to detail.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to familiar with various software programs.
