Job Description:
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide “White Glove” hospitality services
Set-up meeting rooms as specified
Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
Daily cleaning and organization of pantry, kitchen and all hospitality areas as required. This would include loading/unloading the dishwashers as needed.
Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
Set up and take away food for client meetings
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
Good verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred Shift: First shift
Sign on bonus of 2,500 USD paid out after 90 days of employment
The Compensation range for this role is 19.19 to 28.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
