Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. IT Analyst to join their dynamic team. This remote role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements related to logistics, warehousing, and transportation management.
- Develop and manage WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), focusing on logistics operations and ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
- Lead and execute testing phases such as unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the delivered solution meets functional requirements.
- Provide oversight during deployment phases, including cutover planning, data migration, and post-go-live hypercare support for internal logistics operations.
- Facilitate communication with external 3PL partners when needed to address system integrations and resolve issues during deployment phases.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within logistics and warehousing processes, leveraging SAP capabilities to enhance overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP deployments, with a focus on logistics and warehousing.
- Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in logistics-related modules such as EWM, MM, and TM.
- Strong experience in creating WRICEF documentation and performing system testing.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including limited interaction with 3PLs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
