Description: Job Title: Business Execution Support Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC (In-office, five days a week at CIC)
Job Description: As a Business Execution Support Specialist, you will:
Participate in or support low-complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures, providing quick answers related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact.
Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center experience.
Understanding of the call center environment, including managing strict schedules to ensure maximum phone coverage.
Customer service orientation.
Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Experience working in a support environment, answering calls, emails, etc.
Prior experience providing technical support within a call center environment (Level 1 or 2).
Excellent customer service skills via phone, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
General technology exposure and experience providing support across multiple platforms and environments.
Focus on providing resolution to issues rather than call volume metrics.
Additional Information:
This position is part of a pilot program.
Maximum bill rate is $40 per hour; candidates submitted with higher rates will be rejected.
Two separate shifts are available: 9am - 6pm and 11am - 8pm. Please specify on the resume the shifts that the candidate is willing to accept.
