Program Manager with extensive experience in Operations Research Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 10 years in Program management, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and operational excellence across diverse domains.


Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison with the Government, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Regularly attend and contribute to weekly meetings focused on program performance, addressing any issues, and planning for upcoming initiatives.

• Develop and execute action plans to address identified issues or initiatives.

• Prepare and deliver monthly presentations to the Client Senior Leadership team, highlighting completed tasks and outlining future work.

• Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.

• Oversee security processing and maintain communication with the Government Office of the Chief Security Officer through the COR, managing physical, personnel, and informational/data security aspects accessed by the contractor.


Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams in project management, stakeholder management, outreach, product marketing, business development, process improvement, training, requirements gathering, and website design and maintenance.

• Proven experience in change management within a large IT organization or system.

• Familiarity or experience with the Client is highly desirable.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience working in the Client Program Office.


Required Certifications:

• The Program Manager must obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification within six months of entry on duty and maintain this certification for the duration of the contract.
