Job Description:

Summary: The Client Services Specialist Representative will be responsible for processing payrolls, handling customer inquiries related to payroll processing, and collaborating with other departments. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.
Answer calls: Respond to customer calls in a positive and timely manner, providing clear and accurate information Payroll processing: Accurately process payrolls for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Customer support: Advise and assist clients with payroll software, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Collaboration: Work with other departments and the CSR supervisor on special projects. Documentation: Accurately document all communications and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payroll processing activities. Data management: Perform data entry and data extraction tasks with precision. Knowledge maintenance: stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and software updates to ensure compliance and provide accurate information. Attention to detail: essential for accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations. Communication: Key for effectively handling customer inquiries and collaborating with internal teams. Technical Proficiency: Necessary for using payroll software and managing data. Problem Solving Important for resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth payroll operations. Professionalism Making a high level of professionalism in all interactions is crucial for client trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, the client services supervisor must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Experience in UKG Ready is a plus. Previous experience in payroll processing or customer service is highly desirable.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Working Environment:
Environment: Office setting with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. Physical requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and use of a computer.
