Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. (70-80 calls/day)
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with patience and empathy.
Provide accurate and relevant information to resolve customer queries.
Communication:
Maintain clear and concise communication with customers and team members.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and analyze customer needs to offer appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
1 year minimum of call center experience
Professional communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and on-time for work on a daily basis

Pay: $19-21/hr.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
