Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, record deposits, and ensure timely collections.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements to maintain accurate cash flow records.
Expense Tracking: Record and categorize expenses accurately, monitor budgets, and report on expense variances.
Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as needed.
Payroll Processing: Assist with or manage payroll entries, ensuring accuracy in employee payments and deductions.
General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and update the general ledger and support month-end closing activities.
Recordkeeping: Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.


Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or related experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple financial tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain records.
Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
