Job Responsibilities

The Service and Parts Coordinator will provide the highest level of customer service to our customers regarding service requests, parts orders, and product information. This knowledgeable person will answer customer requests via email and phone calls in order to assist customers with valuable solutions. You will respond to customer requests and provide information that helps tackle any issues. Other duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Creating cases that accurately track a record of the customer's request.
  • Respond and give feedback to customers on the status of their request.
  • Schedule Service Technicians to jobs based on technical proficiencies and geographical areas.
  • Use machine tool manuals, online information, and vendor resources to research machine parts by model and serial number.
  • Build quotes for parts and estimates for service.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.
Job Requirements

This person will have extraordinary interpersonal skills, a background in customer service and a desire for problem resolution. They must be a team-player, have strong organizational skills, good time management, and the ability to prioritize while being mindful of details. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, and other related business programs.
