Our recruiting firm is partnered with a government agency in West Palm Beach, FL, to find them an AP Clerk for their team.
The position is temp to hire and is best suited for someone not currently working as the organization is looking to start someone in the role as soon as possible. The ideal salary range is between $24-$26 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Process invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Process payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Maintain vendor files and handle vendor correspondence
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience is required
ERP accounting software experience
100% onsite in Boca Raton
