Position Summary

The Total Rewards and HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of the company's total rewards strategy, including Compensation and recognition programs. This role also focuses on maintaining and optimizing the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure efficient HR operations, data integrity, and reporting.


The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and expertise in compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems.


Responsibilities

  • Compensation and Rewards
    • Assist in the design, administration, and evaluation of the company's compensation programs, including base pay, incentive plans, and equity programs.
    • Conduct market research and benchmark compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
    • Support the implementation and communication of recognition and rewards initiatives that drive employee engagement.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR partners and managers on compensation policies, processes, and best practices.
  • HRIS
    • Maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data management, including job titles, compensation information, benefits enrollment, and performance records.
    • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert, supporting system enhancements, troubleshooting, and configuration needs.
    • Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, compensation structures, and benefits utilization.
    • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate and optimize HR systems for improved efficiency.
    • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and data validation.
  • Analysis & Reporting
    • Prepare reports on total rewards programs, including salary structures and compliance requirements.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to enhance employee engagement and optimize compensation strategies.
  • Compliance
    • Assist in the preparation of materials and data for audits, legal filings, and required reporting.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors and UKG.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and related compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, employees, and leadership.
  • Experience with HR data analytics or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in project management or leading HRIS implementation projects.
