ROLE PURPOSE:  This role serves as the In-house media expert who develops the paid media strategy and executes campaigns.

MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Collaborate and develop paid media strategy with brand, internal stakeholders, and external agencies for both the US and Canada. ​

  • Develop KPI’s, track, and analyze media performance and measure impact across all channels. Report out to key internal stakeholders and adjust tactics, as necessary. ​

  • Collaborate with earned/owned media team and brand and execute rich content strategy and editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our paid and owned properties (including CRM, blog, organic social media, infographics, etc.)​

  • Own & manage the marketing budget including PO management, billing, and actualization with the finance team. ​

  • Partner with sales/customer teams to develop and execute effective shopper marketing programs. ​

  • Partner with D2C team to ensure all technical back-end work is complete and accurate for data collection and attribution on media campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with brand safety standards and legal regulations (CCPA, etc.) ​

  • Keep a pulse on upcoming & new ad platforms and evaluate fit for New Chapter and potential fit into media strategy. ​

  • Pinch hit on special projects within Marketing

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:


  • BA or BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing in Consumer Package Goods industry preferred.

JOB LOCATION: Within travel distance to Brattleboro, Vermont, in a hybrid work environment with at least 2 days per week in office.
