We are working with a company is Arlington, TX looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our North Texas team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent time management skills, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
Receive and verify shipments; manage inventory and stock
Operate pallet jack, inspect equipment, and maintain accurate records
Handle office operations: greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and order supplies
Assist with employee onboarding and terminations, including equipment and vehicle management
Coordinate office events, facilities issues, and building maintenance
Review timesheets for accuracy
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Schedule:
In-office, Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM
