Responsibilities
Provide end user support with desktop computing solutions, collaboration, system configuration, and training to optimize employee productivity.
Collaborate with end users to assess needs and develop more efficient and effective utilization of desktop computing solutions and company applications.
Solve end user inquiries that arise during day-to-day computing.
Provides support services to internal and external users of the organization's systems.
Utilize help desk ticketing system Coordinate problem identification & resolution with other IT functions.
Provide technical analysis, installation, maintenance, and modification of end user operating system and desktop software.
Provides analysis and project management (plan, test, document, and implement) for projects that may cross over several departments (i.e. enterprise-wide printing and imaging program).
Determine best desktop operating system and application software settings to ensure hardware/software compatibility.
Evaluates and recommends new desktop devices, collaboration tools, software products and operating systems.
Installs, tests, implements and supports the resulting new environment/equipment.
Develop documentation and learning aids for end-users.
Design, implement, and maintain server (Microsoft Server 2012 – 2022) and application enterprise systems, and asset management for end users devices.
Implements (configure, test, deploy) and manages video conferencing infrastructure.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Associates Degree ( in IS/IT related discipline) or at least 2 years working experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in OT/ICS ennironment
Experience with VMWare Experience with Cisco IOS
CompTia A+ Certification Network+ Certification
CCNA Certification
Microsoft Certifications
