Job Title: Associate Patient Care Coordinator
Job Type: Contract
Location: Euless, Texas
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Rate: Competitive & Dependent on Experience
Job Responsibilities:
Answer patient phone calls to schedule/re-schedule appointments.
Handle medication refill requests.
Address inquiries about existing or new referrals.
Required Qualifications:
Basic computer skills.
Highschool/GED or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare background.
Bilingual candidate with eCW preferred experience.
Fast typing abilities.
