The Fiscal Auditor supports financial management for grants and contracts, focusing on budgeting, auditing expenditures, and ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations (2 CFR 200). This role involves reviewing budgets, reconciling ledgers, providing financial reports, and assisting with audits. The position requires a background in finance or accounting, government contract auditing experience, and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years in grant accounting or fiscal auditing
Knowledge of GAAP, federal regulations and budgeting and how it effects invoicing
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, Sage (+)
