Great Administrative Assistant opportunity to support a growing Company. As the Administrative Assistant, you will assist with answering phones, filing, copying, converting electronic files to hard copies, some basic accounting, and various projects as needed. You should be organized, detail oriented and a team player.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct calls
Clerical functions such as filing, copying, scanning and other administrative duties
Handle incoming contracts, download electronic files and convert to hardcopies
Basic accounting functions
Assist with projects as needed
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative assistant or front desk experience
Intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and QuickBooks
Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
