What You'll Do



• Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform


• Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states


• Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed


• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations


• Work with the business to shape content on multiple projects at the same time


• Train the owner to understand how the bot NLP model works after we teach them how it works.


• Owns the technical solution design for the duration of a project


• Create content for the bot inside of the bot builder or ensures the project team owns this.


• Work with a business analyst to lead training of solution


• Lead and foster growth of newer and more inexperienced technical team members


• Be the go-to resource for creative and complex solutions in the Digital Service space


• Assist with technical qualifications and requirements for potential clients and pursuits


• Support developers in learning how to best develop systems that use Generative AI.


• Contribute to staffing decisions based on project requirements and best fit


• Conduct technical screenings in interview process for Senior candidates


• Travel Requirement: up to 50% travel for the Global Salesforce Team



What You'll Bring



Salesforce and Service Cloud experience


• Digital Engagement experience is ideal (Messaging Channels, setup and customization)


• Embedded Service (Live Agent, OmniChannel, etc) experience is ideal


• Einstein1, Copilot, Agentforce experience is ideal


• Strong Salesforce development experience required


• LWC, Aura, Apex (core, web services)


• Web development experience ideal


• Git repository strategy and implementation experience ideal


• 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience


• At least some exposure to Generative AI technologies


• Advanced Prompt Engineering capabilities


• Nice to have: Knowledge of RAG with Foundational Models


• Nice to have: Experience with OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, and/or NVIDIA NeMo/NIMs

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the Principal base salary pay range is $155,000 to $225,00 In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
