  • Own the email marketing calendar to align with business priorities and demand forecasts, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Build and segment targeted audiences for each campaign to maximize engagement and drive revenue performance against KPIs.
  • Leverage customer data (e.g., web behavior) for personalized content and automated journeys.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, managing a testing calendar to optimize subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
  • Monitor email rendering across devices, email clients, and ISPs to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports covering open rates, clicks, conversions, revenue, and churn metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and CASL and create guidelines for effective email marketing practices.

  • Develop and manage cohesive social media strategies aligned with business objectives across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging posts aligned with ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop original, high-quality visual assets (images, videos) that resonate with each platform’s audience.
  • Write engaging, optimized copy for posts that reflect brand voice and drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with agencies to create and publish high-quality, budget-conscious campaigns that capture attention and build brand awareness.
  • Use social media analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Analyze email and social media metrics (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversions, traffic) to evaluate the success of campaigns and recommend improvements. Looker studio knowledge a plus.
  • Create regular reports on campaign performance for both email and social media, offering insights to guide future strategy.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners supporting email and social media efforts, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.

To be considered, you will need:

Ideal Experience and Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; certification is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of email compliance (GDPR, CASL) and best practices.
  • Experience with social media strategy development and content creation for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Skilled in media production applications (Adobe Creative Cloud) and social media management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt to new trends, and continuously seek innovative ideas.
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing external vendors or agencies.
