Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced IP Legal Assistant to join the Indianapolis office of a national full service law firm. The Legal Assistant will support the firm's Indy based IP attorneys with a variety of patent and trademark prosecution, and IP litigation matters. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule and the works are 8:30am - 5:00PM. Duties include but aren't limited to:
Preparing, reviewing, and processing patent and trademark applications, filings and renewals;
Managing daily incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients, outside counsel, and the USPTO;
Performing USPTO filings;
Assisting with IP litigation including preparing exhibits for trial;
Managing expense reimbursements;
Entering attorney billable time;
and more!
Qualifications:
3+ years of IP Legal Assistant experience;
Familiarly with USPTO filing procedures;
Proficiency with MS Office.
