Location: El Segundo, CA or San Diego, CA - 2 DAYS PER WEEK ONSITE REQUIRED
Rate: $19/hr - $23/hr
One of our Financial Advisory / Wealth Management clients in Los Angeles and San Diego is seeking a Client Support Associate. This is a unique opportunity to join the team to provide operational support, troubleshooting, and world-class customer service to their advisors.
What you will do:
Develop one on one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
Work independently to assist callers with tailor support to meet their needs
Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish
Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
Provide support on various computers systems associated with the broker/dealer
Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
Utilize CRM tool to accurately record and track calls
Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts
What you need:
2+ years of experience working in client services or call center operations
1+ year of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting
Strong technical aptitude
High school diploma
Nice to haves:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
1+ year of work experience in the financial industry
2+ years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organization, and follow up skills
Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management
Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
