We are seeking highly qualified real estate photographers to join our team and capture striking images of residential and commercial properties across various U.S. states. As a 1099 contractor, you will enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule and location. Your primary responsibility will be capturing photos and videos, with no editing or additional work required.


Responsibilities:


Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
Utilize drones for aerial footage.
Operate 360 cameras to create three-dimensional property models.
Requirements:


Previous experience in real estate photography and videography.
Proficiency in drone operation and 360 camera technology.
Ability to work independently and with flexibility.
FAA Part 107 certification (for drone operations).
Liability insurance.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.


Required equipment:
1 smartphone (iPhone or Android)
1 camera (preferably full frame)
1 wide-angle lens (12-24mm, 14-24mm, 16-35mm, or similar with minimal distortion)
1 360 camera (preferably Ricoh Theta Z1 or Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch 360 Edition)
1 tripod with a 3-way head
Extra batteries
