This job is eligible for a hybrid schedule with some on-site work expected.


Summary: We are seeking a highly organized HR Coordinator to join the People Shared Services team. This role will help support the global HR organization in the processing of HR transactions across the organization. This is a terrific opportunity to join a growing team!


Key Responsibilities:



  • Processes HR related actions such as new hires, employee changes and terminations.

  • Supports Talent Acquisition operations by creating requisitions and generating offers through the HR Information System.

  • Supports new hire onboarding activities such as coordinating new hire communications, conducting orientation, and I-9 management.

  • Manages the HR Operations inbox by responding to and/or triaging requests.

  • Monitors completion of background checks.

  • Maintains employee records including active and inactive employee files and provides support for storage of records.

  • Ensures compliance and maintains a high level of confidentiality.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior experience in an environment which requires customer service, attention to detail, and organizational skills is preferred.

  • Experience with HRIS Systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Suite.
