RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Trainer in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
The main function of a Trainer is to conduct training and development programs for employees. This person is responsible for collecting information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Trainer will monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness


• Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills


• May assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups or consultation with managers


• As a Trainer, you will organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials


• Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience


• Proficient in facilitating to groups and system navigation/effective communication


• Use of zoom to facilitate training groups (tech proficiency)


• Problem solving/critical thinking in classroom

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
