Kforce has a client that is seeking a CMDB Integration Specialist in Saint Louis, MO.

Summary:
We are seeking a CMDB Integration Specialist to manage the seamless integration of configuration data from PWC's Terrain Insights into our company's Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will be skilled in API integrations, data analytics using Power BI, and have a solid understanding of IT asset management. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate data transfer and alignment with IT service management (ITSM) processes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data quality and support continuous improvement efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• Proven experience in configuration management, data integration, API management, and IT asset management


• ITIL Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices


• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail in data management. Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting


• Communication: Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders


• Tools Experience: Experience with PWC's Terrain Insights, APIs, Power BI, or similar data analytics platforms is preferred but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
