RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Non-Tech in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Sales Manager to drive engagements with strategic customers to drive Surface for Business device sales. You will drive Surface for Business sales execution for these customers. This will be done by providing cross-engagement oversight and resource orchestration all while operating in close collaboration with customers and business partners who are supporting customer success.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to manage the regional digital stores for the Americas, focusing on sales targets for multiple lines of business including Microsoft 365, Surface, and Xbox


• Key projects: This role will contribute to managing accounts for small to medium businesses, driving sales for Surface devices, and collaborating with stakeholders and the customer service team

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:

• 40% customer and internal meetings


• 30% email communication


• 15% CRM management


• 15% focused strategy and planning time

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA or BS degree is preferred but not required


• 3+ overall years of experience in the field


• Minimum 3 years of experience with pipeline management


• Minimum 3 years of experience with relationship building


• Minimum 3 years of experience with product knowledge, ideally in Surface devices


• The ideal resume would contain experience in small to medium business sales, successes in building relationships with this segment, and experience selling devices


• Performance will be assessed based on device revenue and pipeline management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
