Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant - BY ESP. As a BY ESP Lead Consultant, you will anchor different phases of engagements primarily related to BY ESP. You will be responsible for the techno-functional solution of Enterprise Supply Planning, requirements specifications, consulting on functionalities implemented, testing of BY ESP, providing functional consultation on the application, integration, and reports of enterprise solutions for Enterprise Supply Planning with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Infosys. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience

• Location for this position is Phoenix, Arizona. This position may require travel to project/client location.

• At least 7 yrs of experience in implementing/supporting BY Enterprise Supply Planning applications.


• Experience in Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements for BY ESP


• Experience in Ability to perform Supply solution design Independently in Functional areas


• Experience in conducting functional design workshops with customer to cover BY ESP modules Master Planning, Order Promising, Capacity Planning, Allocation, Inventory Optimization, Build Plan to Factory

• Validate each requirement and design decisions from the discovery workshop outcome

• Experience in driving and delivering Show and tell sessions (CRP) for Customer on Solution if requested

• Experience in contributing and Support Technical Design activities


• Experience in Preparing Solution Design Document, covering business processes and scope

• Experience in Ensuring all requirements are considered in design with requirements traceability matrix

• Experience in Review of Solution Design with Stakeholder and Sign off


• Experience in Suggesting best practices from BY processes standpoint


• Experience in taking decisions independently and interact directly with customers


• Experience in carrying out Development/Implementation tasks as required.
