Responsibilities:
Perform complex production tasks, including repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on electronic and mechanical subassemblies (e.g., modules, boards, panels, and cables).
Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and follow established methods, techniques, and sequences for wiring, component installation, soldering, and cable harnessing.
Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and perform final assembly on small systems.
Conduct basic electrical testing, rework, and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Ensure compliance with production standards using Bills of Material (BOM), inspection criteria, and work order tracking systems.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant production or assembly experience.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of polarity, Bills of Material (BOM), and work order tracking systems.
Experience with measuring equipment and basic mathematical concepts.
Ability to perform soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing.
