An industry leader in the medical device manufacturing industry is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. This induvidual help prepare and file the companies Federal and State income tax, manage staff accountants, and support the income tax provision team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and file the company's consolidated U.S. Federal and State income tax returns
Manage staff accountants
Manage tax payments on behalf of the Company's tax department
Assist with managing U.S. Federal and State tax audits
Support the income tax provision team
Assist with SOX related documentation
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance prefered
5-8 years of income tax provision and compliance experience prefered
CPA or Masters in Tax a plus
Strong functional knowledge of MS Excel prefered
