What We're Looking For:
Experience that Counts: A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
Change Leader: You've led high-level transformation or organizational change initiatives.
Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certifications are preferred but not required.
Process Improvement Mindset: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies is a plus.
