Position Summary:

In this role you will support various aspects of the Quality Assurance function either working independently or as part of a team. You will be challenged with projects and tasks related to ensuring product and process quality is maintained within our manufacturing facility. Other quality duties related to may be assigned as directed by the Head of Quality Management.

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for, but not limited to supporting the following:

Microbiology

• Conduct particulate counts and record results into company database
• Conduct plate counts and record results into company database
• Collect water samples and record results into company database
• Perform data analysis as requested by Microbiologist
• Conduct product performance testing

• process

Inspection

• Conduct both mechanical and visual inspections using various hand tools
• Complete documentation to support Inspection process

Document Control /Quality Systems

• Support Change Control or Quality Record activities

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Sit/stand for 8 hours

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Biotechnology program

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to get along well with others
• High degree of attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical problem solving skills
