Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Media/Digital Marketing This is going to be hybrid in one of the following locations (MUST be local to one):
NJ - Franklin Lakes,NJ
Sparks, Maryland/Washington DC Area
Vernon Hills, Illinois
Primary Responsibilities
This role is equal parts strategy and execution with responsibilities falling into three major areas: Strategic Planning, Operational Excellence, and Data Analysis.
Strategic Planning
Acts as the central point of contact and will be the Paid Media SME for the US Region - liaising with relevant stakeholders both externally and internally across business units, to deliver effective omnichannel campaigns.
Leads day-to-day management of paid media agency workstreams and coordinates campaign execution as determined by omnichannel strategies.
Understands and demonstrates paid, owned, and earned media expertise and recommends strategies based on KPIs with a focus on B2B and B2C audiences.
Develops and implements ABM strategies and campaigns to target high-value B2B accounts.
Champions continuous paid media innovation through QBR processes and reviews.
Operational Excellence
Provides oversight on omnichannel campaign standards and governance including creative consistency and execution.
Provides line-of-sight on all paid media budget(s) and tracks data to deliver cost-effective and optimized results.
Communicates with key stakeholders to manage a closed-loop feedback process between commercial leaders to understand the impact of paid media on omnichannel campaigns.
Data Analysis
Partners with key stakeholders and paid vendors to deliver a data-driven approach to continuously optimize campaigns and results.
Knits together a campaign choreography story by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for all media initiatives and campaigns.
Implements measurement strategies to assess the effectiveness of media activations in achieving omnichannel campaign goals.
Provides paid media partners with marketing and sales data to help optimize the paid media mix to drive results and revenue.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business. MBA preferred.
5+ years' experience in-house or agency experience with media planning, media buying, and campaign planning enablement with a focus on B2B and B2C audiences and programs, highly preferred.
Experience in executing paid media plans using a mix of the following tactics: Google Ads/Microsoft Advertising, Paid Search, YouTube, GDN, Paid Social (Meta and LinkedIn), retargeting, programmatic display/video advertising/ABM, highly preferred.
Experience operating as a change agent/collaborator across an enterprise matrixed organization, highly desirable.
Healthcare industry experience highly desirable.
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase, highly desirable.
Experience in managing data and analytics with the ability to generate reports and dashboards.
Ability to travel 10-15%, as needed.
