Volt is immediately hiring an experienced Print Application Specialist l for a top company in Los Alamitos.
As a Print Application Specialist, the work may entail:
Operates and maintains all equipment used for Wide-Format Print samples
Works with cross functional teams (PM, warehouse, media development, etc.) for sample fulfillment
Maintains print sample internal database and documents all operating practices
Supports Product Management team as needed to complete team projects to meet department goals
Performs product demos using print sample equipment for dealers and customers
Ability to perform test procedures from instructions and generate reports summarizing test results
Basic oral and written communication skills including some technical writing skills
Self- motivated, ability to initiate and follow-through on assignments and to work cross-departmentally
Keeps inventory of print consumables and may suggest process improvements
This position is hybrid - 6 days per month in the office. Position is expected to last 4-6 months, possibly longer.
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of printing operations (RIPS workflow, color management, driver/firmware, etc)
Adobe creative suite (photoshop and lightroom)
Pay Rate: $34/hr
