Ledgent is currently seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a company in Orlando! This is an immediate temp to hire opportunity!
Duties include:
Various office management tasks
Financial Statement Preparation in QuickBooks
Financial Reporting
AP and AR management
Partner and communicate with vendors and clients
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of full cycle accounting experience
Experience using QuickBooks preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Experience preparing financial statements
This a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work hours, the position will be in office around 20 hours a week but the schedule is completely flexible.
