Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic IT Consulting: Business Consultant will analyze complex business needs, processes, and technology requirements to develop and recommend advanced IT solutions that align with organizational strategies and objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, business units, and IT teams to understand requirements, assess opportunities, and develop comprehensive IT strategies, plans, and roadmaps
IT Solution Development: Provide expertise in evaluating and selecting IT vendors, products, and services; Develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs and drive value
Change Management: Lead change initiatives and technology adoption strategies, ensuring successful implementation and integration of IT solutions within the organization
Business Process Improvement: Drive business process improvement efforts, applying best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance
IT Governance: As a Business Consultant, you will oversee IT governance initiatives to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and regulations; Develop and enforce governance frameworks to manage IT resources and risks effectively
Expertise Utilization: Leverage your knowledge of RFID technologies, Asset Management, and Maintenance Management to provide targeted consulting services and solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications in ITIL, Six Sigma, or relevant areas are desirable
8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering strategic IT solutions and driving business value; Experience with RFID technologies, Asset Management, and Maintenance Management is required
Extensive experience in providing strategic IT consulting services and developing IT strategies
Strong background in RFID technologies, Asset Management, and Maintenance Management
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and develop comprehensive IT plans and roadmaps
Expertise in evaluating and selecting IT vendors, products, and services
Experience with business process improvement and IT governance
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive change initiatives and technology adoption
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
